PA AAA Federation is a state association providing messenger services to 84 AAA club offices in Pennsylvania. We are under contract with PennDOT as a messenger service submitting motor vehicle and driver license transactions to PennDOT on behalf of the AAA club members in Pennsylvania. We are an approved PennDOT agent service trainer and offer agent service training to AAA club employees and other agent services.
Summary:
* Hires, assists with training and supervision of staff members.
* Prepares and administers annual department budget.
* Assists AAA employees on a daily basis with motor vehicle and driver license transactions.
In addition, the successful candidate must:
* be familiar or learn the purpose of motor vehicle and driver license forms and procedures
* problem-solve motor vehicle title/registration transactions for our clients
* promote and explain agent service training that we offer to the public and our clients
* be an agent service trainer or willing to become one as a requirement for this position
Qualifications:
* Proven verbal/written communication skills
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
* Manage independently, follow department and PennDOT policies/procedures.
* Maintain high level of professional conduct and ethics to our staff and clients.
* Competent skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience requirements:
• Must have management/supervisory experience. Prior work experience as an office manager of a messenger and agent service business that is under contract with PennDOT is a plus.
